 George Steinbrenner High School Athletic Booster Club,
Inc. is a registered not for profit 501 (c)(3) exempt corporation whose primary purpose is to serve the student athlete and build athletic excellence. We encourage student participation in athletics. Our involvement includes:
- Providing $2000 in college scholarships to two male and two female student athletes for The Golden Warrior “Making a Difference” Scholarship
- Adding capital improvements where needed (gym chairs, championship banners, trophy cases, etc.)
- Funding and executing Award Banquets for all sports season throughout the year.
- Hosting concessions and enabling sports teams to raise funds for their individual sports
- Funding memberships to FACA which provide valuable coaching clinics, training and liability insurance for coaches.
- Funding for Statewide coaches/athletic director conferences.
- Assisting with raising money for ALL sports to purchase supplies, equipment, uniforms and/or capital items beyond what the school athletic budget provides
- Managing all teams’ funds, maintaining fiscal stewardship of the money.

This also qualifies you to purchase a Hillsborough County Spots pass for 2012-2013-getting you in regular District sporting events free. All year all sports leading up to playoffs.

- Steinbrenner Athletic Booster Club is seeking individuals that are interested in joining our organization. Our organization is involved in the following: Assistance in Concession Stand fund Raising, Scholarship Fund Raising, Sports Communication, Athletic Banquet involvement, and Increasing Memberships.
